Pet acceptance: Neither cat needed an adjustment period or was frightened; they used it straight away. Space: Large enough. There is little smell so far. We previously used Pangbao and upgraded to the Pro, which also works very well.

At this price, this CATLINK litter box lets me watch my pets using the toilet live in the app, making it excellent value. Cleaning is efficient and quiet and greatly reduces the workload. Odour control is better than the old model, and the open design gives the cats more freedom to move. I recommend it for multi-cat households.

After a long time deciding, I chose the Pangbao Pro. It is bigger than the Xiaobai I bought before, and the open design is easier to clean. The camera lets me quickly tell which cat has a problem. Although I saw many complaints online, I still trust CATLINK to keep improving its products and expect the new model to be better than the old ones. The official app offered a trade-in price of RMB 799, but my old unit still works, so I kept it as a backup. The official Taobao shop included a step, and I paid RMB 810, which felt worthwhile. Our three cats adapted quickly and started using it within a day.

This automatic litter box makes life much easier! With several cats at home, I no longer need to scoop manually so often. It runs fairly quietly and does not frighten the cats. The entrance step catches excess litter and reduces scattering. The spacious compartment is comfortable for large and small cats. It cleans promptly and records toilet visits, making it easier to observe their health. It feels well made; parts are easy to remove and reassemble, and maintenance is convenient. Highly recommended for multi-cat households!

I assembled it on the day it arrived, and the cat used it straight away. Assembly was extremely simple, with a clear instruction card included by the seller. I can observe the cat's urination and bowel movements daily, while the app also monitors weight and visit duration, so I can notice anything unusual quickly. After half a month, I have already given the drum and three-proof liner a simple clean. The liner is fine, and a cassava/tofu litter mix has not stuck. It saves both scooping and cleaning work!

We have four cats. With the previous Pangbao it was hard to tell which one had used the toilet. Switching to the Pro has been great! Whenever the app notifies me, I want to see who is using it. They all like it, and the litter-catching mat prevents large amounts of litter from flying out. Brilliant!

I used another version for four years before switching to the Pangbao. It feels very good, without odours. When travelling for work I can watch the cat's toilet use and see the cat, which reassures me. Product quality: Quite good. Space: No problem for a 6.6 kg cat. Pet acceptance: Seems to like it? Litter containment: Almost no leakage, and a step was included.

After comparing several models, I chose CATLINK and am genuinely satisfied after some use. The interior is large enough for big cats to turn around comfortably. The splash-preventing step is thoughtful, with little litter scattered on the floor. Sensing is responsive, safety protection seems reliable, and odour control is good. Being able to check toilet activity remotely reassures me when away.

Its appearance is simple and elegant, and it seals well. The waste compartment is easy to empty without dirtying your hands. I strongly recommend it to other cat owners. It runs very quietly and does not scare timid cats. App monitoring is practical: I can see my cat's toilet data whenever I want. It feels very high-tech and has made cat care much more enjoyable.

I had been interested in Pangbao's spacious open design and ease of cleaning. The new Pro launched at just the right time with an added camera, making toilet monitoring easier. The built-in weighing feature is also useful. After assembly I added some old litter, and the cat switched seamlessly.

Cai**cai · 18 Aug 2026

The cats were very curious after assembly. Playback showed that all eight cats tried it in one night. I have not noticed any safety concerns so far. I previously thought the step was an unnecessary expense, but after fitting it I found it essential. The large waste drawer underneath makes the whole box fairly tall, while the front barrier is not very high. The step serves both as a small staircase and to collect litter the cats kick out.

It is spacious, without catching the cat's paws. The HD camera lets me check toilet activity remotely, and automatic cleaning is convenient. The materials feel good, the sealing is decent and odour control works well. The app is simple to use and saves work. Worthwhile for cat-owning households.

Ling**fen · 6 Sep 2026

Our previous automatic litter box constantly had litter sticking to the bottom. We have used this one for a week with no sticking at all. It suits our 11-jin cat, who switched seamlessly and is not frightened of it. The fisheye camera is adorable! I watch the cat using the toilet countless times a day—even the poo has close-ups. It provides lots of enjoyment.

The new Pangbao Pro has a camera, so I can better observe my pet's toilet use. I wanted to switch to the first generation but it had no camera. The Pro finally fulfils that wish. Happy!

F**~ · 30 Aug 2026

This is my second automatic litter box, and I love it. We have four cats, and I wanted to be able to go away for three or four days. After a long time considering it, I chose CATLINK because we have a large cat and the original enclosed box was a bit cramped. They really like the open Pangbao and somewhat neglect the old one now. Multi-cat households should buy the camera version directly: I first bought the standard version, then changed it for the camera model, perhaps because I am used to checking their toilet use. Both of mine are high-spec versions. The older one has been very stable for over a year; I hope they stay with us for several more years.

My furry little one adapted quickly and went straight in. Full marks. Follow-up after six days: I could not wait to unpack it on arrival. Assembly was convenient, and the cat quickly started using it and was accustomed to it within two days. Various litter types work. Most importantly, it saves me from daily scooping.

Na**ya · 13 Sep 2026

Much better than expected! Automatic scooping and bag packing keep my hands clean. There is ample room for the cat, it is easy to take apart and wash, and I can view records in the app. A great choice for lazy cat owners; I wish I had bought it sooner.

C**2 · 7 Sep 2026

I have used it for almost two weeks and think it is quite good. The cat quickly accepted the open design, and the camera angle is cute. I will add a follow-up when the kitten grows into a big fat cat.

Pet acceptance: The cat really likes it. Space: The front has been widened, giving more room for toilet use. Product quality: The camera upgrade is great.

I had been watching this Pangbao automatic litter box for a long time and ordered as soon as the camera Pro version appeared. I was initially very worried that our cat would not accept it. Following the instructions, I put old litter in the new box. After two days of adjustment, the cat started using it voluntarily. We use tofu litter plus mixed litter, and it is quite compatible. It saves much effort, and I am very satisfied overall.

Anonymous · 20 Aug 2026

We already have a first-generation unit and planned to buy another. The second generation launched at just the right time at a good price, so I bought it. Our largest cat weighs 12 jin and fits just right, with room to turn and reposition. The experience is good. Cats accept the open design easily: they used the first generation immediately on arrival, and the second was an even more seamless switch. Overall it is good, with strong after-sales support too. This is not a one-off purchase; both a good product and reliable support are needed to encourage repeat purchases.

Yi**9 · 20 Aug 2026

Space: Just right for my golden shaded cat. Pet acceptance: The cat knew how to use it as soon as it was placed at home and was not scared. Litter containment: Fine. I use mixed tofu and cassava litter; it does not waste much, and broken urine clumps filter normally. Most importantly, the cat's bottom finally stays dry when urinating, and it saves me work!

a**o · 25 Aug 2026

There really is no bad smell after the cats use this litter box, and the home feels fresh. The open space suits large cats. Adding a camera in this update is quite important.

Anonymous · 30 Aug 2026

The user left no initial written review. Follow-up after 19 days: We have used it for a while. Our cats adapted quickly and go in voluntarily to use it. It really saves effort! No problems so far; I hope it keeps working this well.

The user left no initial written review. Follow-up after 33 days: I have used the automatic litter box for a while and think it is quite good. Cleaning is reasonable, the cat is not particularly resistant, and it is economical with litter. Recommended!

Anonymous · 20 Sep 2026

Huge! The cat absolutely loves it and went straight to the toilet after assembly. Highly recommended!

Yun**yun · 29 Aug 2026

The user left no initial written review. Follow-up after 17 days: The materials are thick and have no strange smell. There is ample room for a large cat to turn around comfortably. Raised barriers prevent litter scattering, with almost none tracked onto the floor. It is easy to rinse clean and offers excellent value. Recommended for cat-owning households.

Yi**shi · 10 Sep 2026

The user left no initial written review. Follow-up after 43 days: It looks quite nice and is very solidly built—the whole thing is rather heavy. It also has a monitoring function, and the step prevents litter from falling out. The cat learned to use it straight away.

San**mo · 2 Sep 2026

It works really well, and I give it a very positive review. I previously used a Pro X for two years. This one really suits multi-cat homes and is bigger than the Pro X. It also stays very clean. Amusingly, our younger cat apparently sleeps in the box after cleaning (the action is uncertain because the original contains a typo). People also say it is easy to wash; I will try that later.

Bu**1 · 2 Sep 2026

It works well. The cats learned to use it themselves within a few days, saving a lot of effort.
