Shipping Costs

  • Germany and Austria: Free shipping on orders over €29.99.

  • Other EU countries: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

  • All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.

🐱 Special Shipping Policy for Cat Litter

Due to the heavy weight, bulky volume, and significantly higher logistics & handling costs compared to regular items, we must apply a separate shipping fee structure for cat litter orders to ensure stable supply and service quality. Thank you for your understanding.

🇩🇪 Germany

  • Below 30 kg: No additional cat litter shipping fee

  • 30 kg and above: €39.99 cat litter shipping fee


🇫🇮 Finland · 🇸🇪 Sweden · 🇨🇭 Switzerland · 🇬🇷 Greece

  • 0 – 7 kg: €29.99

  • 7.1 – 21 kg: €44.99

  • 21.1 kg and above: €59.99


🇳🇴 Norway

  • 0 – 7 kg: €39.99

  • 7.1 – 21 kg: €69.99

  • 21.1 kg and above: €89.99


🇪🇺 Other EU Countries

  • 0 – 7 kg: €19.99

  • 7.1 – 21 kg: €34.99

  • 21.1 kg and above: €44.99

📌 Important Notes:

  • The cat litter shipping fee is calculated separately from regular shipping. If your order contains both cat litter and other items, the system will calculate each portion separately and display the total at checkout.

  • The weight is calculated as the total combined weight of all cat litter items in your order.

  • This policy applies to cat litter only. Other pet products remain subject to our standard shipping rules.

Dispatch & Processing Time

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our EU warehouses.

  • Processing Time: For in-stock items, orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (CET) on business days will be processed the next business day at the earliest.

  • Security Check: For security reasons, we may contact you to confirm order details, which could slightly delay processing.

  • Important Note: The above timeframes apply to in-stock items only. If your order contains pre-sale or other non-stock items, the overall processing and dispatch time will be as specified on the respective product detail page.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, most orders are estimated to arrive within:

    • Germany & Austria: 2–3 business days

    • Other EU countries: 2–7 business days

  • Timeframe Note: Most customers receive their orders within this period. In rare cases, delays may occur due to carrier-related issues (e.g., flight delays or peak seasons).

  • Disclaimer: The above are estimates under normal conditions. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, customs inspections). This timeframe does not apply to pre-sale items.

Customs & Taxes

  • Orders within the EU: All products shipped within the European Union are delivered without additional customs duties or import taxes. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

  • Orders to Switzerland & Norway (Non-EU Customs Union):

    • Prices Exclude Taxes: All prices are net and exclude the destination country's VAT, customs duties, or other import fees.

    • Recipient's Responsibility: Shipments require customs clearance. Any applicable Import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees must be paid by the recipient.

    • Payment Process: Charges are usually advanced by the carrier, who will invoice the recipient separately.

    • Multiple Shipments Possible: Depending on order size, product availability, or logistical requirements, your order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments. In such cases, import charges, duties, and clearance fees may apply to each individual shipment and must be paid by the recipient.
    • Important Reminders: Refusal to pay may result in the return or destruction of the shipment. Returns must be declared as "Returned goods" to avoid double taxation. Paid import taxes are not automatically refundable; the recipient must apply for a refund locally. We strongly recommend checking potential charges with your local customs office or carrier before ordering.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS, including tracking information.

Delivery & Signature

  • Signature Required: Orders over €200 and warranty service shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries usually occur between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m..

  • Failed Delivery: Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts may incur a re-shipping fee.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives with visible external damage:

    1. Refuse on the Spot: Refuse delivery and ask the courier to note "damaged" on the waybill.

    2. Discover Later: If concealed damage is found after acceptance, contact both the courier and us within 72 hours.

    3. Document Evidence: Take clear photos of the damage and obtain a claim number from the courier.

    4. Keep Packaging: Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

  • Please submit the photos and claim number to our customer service for assistance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, any costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost orders resulting from incorrect address details.
