Warranty Period
The statutory warranty period is two years.
How to Submit Your Complaint
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, please contact us via our email address or through our website.
If your product was not purchased directly from CATLINK-EU, please contact your original seller.
When submitting a complaint, please provide:
- A detailed description of the defect
- Your order details (name, order number, and order date)
What Will CATLINK-EU Do?
By submitting a complaint, you understand and accept that you may need to return or ship the product to us or our authorized service provider for further inspection.
If the defect is confirmed and your claim is within the warranty period, CATLINK-EU will:
- Be responsible for repair or replacement
- Cover shipping costs to and from your location (within the country or region where the product was originally purchased)
Note:
Warranty service is only available in the country or region where the product was originally purchased.
The product is not eligible for cross-border or international warranty service.
If you opt for warranty service in the original country or region of purchase, you are responsible for:
- International freight costs
- Customs duties and other related fees
CATLINK-EU May, at Its Sole Discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of at least equal functionality, or
- Replace the product with an upgraded model with at least one equivalent or improved function.
What Defects Are Not Covered?
While each complaint is assessed individually, the following are not covered under warranty:
- Incorrect or excessive use of the product
- Failure to follow the operating instructions (always read the product manual carefully before use!)
